Turn a tap on your Instagram bio page into a booked appointment, straight from your calendar.

You’ve built your Instagram bio page. The next step is letting people book you without leaving it. This guide shows you how to add your PulseHub booking calendar to your bio page in about ten minutes, so a tap becomes an appointment instead of just a click.

Before you start

• A bio page already built. If you haven’t made one yet, start with Build your mobile landing page, then come back here.
• A calendar set up in PulseHub, with your real availability.

Build it step by step

1. Open Calendars from the left menu, then Calendar settings, and select the calendar you want people to book.
2. Find the Permanent link (your scheduling link), and copy it from within your own sub-account, not the master account.
3. Open Sites, open your bio page in the builder, and switch to the mobile view.
4. Add a Button near the top and label it clearly. “Book now” or “Book a call” works better than “Click here”.
5. Paste your sub-account booking link into the button’s link field, then save.
6. If you’d rather people book without leaving the page, add the calendar as an embedded element instead of a button, so the booking widget shows inline.
7. Publish the page, open it on your phone, and complete a test booking. Confirm it lands in your PulseHub calendar.

Pro tip. Always copy the booking link from your own sub-account, not the master account. Copying from the master is the most common reason a booking link shows the wrong availability or defaults to the wrong calendar.

Common questions

Why is my link showing the wrong calendar? You’ve most likely copied it at master level. Go back into your own sub-account and copy the Permanent link from there.

Can people book without leaving my bio page? Yes, embed the calendar as an inline element rather than linking out with a button.

What if I don’t have a calendar yet? Set one up first under Calendars, add your availability, then follow the steps above.
