Timeline depends on the complexity of your setup and how quickly we can complete the discovery process. A straightforward single-pipeline build for a service business can be live in under two weeks. A complex multi-pipeline setup for an advisory firm or agency typically takes three to four weeks.

What happens if I need to change something later?

Clients on a management retainer have ongoing access to Pulse Digital for changes and refinements. Self-managed clients can access the support portal at support.pulsehub.nz or book a support call if a bigger change is needed.

What are SMS and email costs?

SMS and email are charged based on usage. PulseHub includes a base monthly credit allocation. Additional usage is billed at standard carrier rates. Most businesses stay within the included allocation. We will estimate your likely usage during the discovery session.

What if I already have a CRM or booking tool?

Many clients migrate from existing tools. We handle the contact migration and configuration as part of the setup. The discovery session identifies what you currently use and the best approach for transitioning.

Can PulseHub replace my current tools?

For most service businesses, yes. PulseHub replaces a separate CRM, booking tool, review management platform, email marketing tool, and in many cases a separate SMS tool. The exact consolidation depends on your current stack. We discuss this in the discovery session.

Is there a contract?

PulseHub subscriptions are month-to-month. Management retainers are reviewed quarterly. There is no long-term lock-in. See the pricing page for full details.

Do I need to pay for the setup separately?

Yes. If you would like assistance with the setup and or migration to PulseHub, then the setup is a one-time investment in addition to the platform subscription. It covers the strategy, build, testing, and handover work done by Pulse Digital. The exact setup fee depends on the complexity of your build.
